Taxes Suck

Avitar just showed up. They're the company that estimates house values for tax purposes. I refused to let them in, politely of course. The guy sounded like he's run into that before, and he reminded me twice to check my tax bill when it comes.

Gardening Update

I got some compost from the "transfer station" (AKA dump) and put that in the raised beds. Then I planted the seeds I had bought and watered everything well. The seed packages say 7-14 days for germination - we'll see.

Paul site was down

The Students for Ron Paul website was down for more than a day because it had already used up its monthly bandwidth! Seth was out of town and incommunicado, and I didn't know how to fix it. Anyway, it is a good problem to have (too much popularity).
