The other day as I was getting my mail from the post office, I ran into one of my state representatives (who is also a town selectman). He said "I like your shirt", reminding me that I was wearing a "Who is Ron Paul?" t-shirt. While we were chit-chatting, he also favorably noticed my Heartland Institute license plate holder. Today, after the Merrimack Valley Porcupines meeting, we went grocery shopping. One of the checkout ladies said "nice shirt", and we got into a short conversation about Ron Paul and the upcoming debates. I invited her to come out and hold signs with us on Tuesday. I'm not sure how much of this is due to Ron Paul's new popularity and how much is due to New Hampshire being just that much better than other states, but I wouldn't expect either of these to have happened back in Minnesota. In other news, it looks like work is picking up. I've been learning a lot lately, and getting things done. Also, I finally opened a PayPal account, so I can get paid over the Internet.
